Recommended Use:
Not necessary to shake bottle. The contents at the bottom will remain there and will continue to influence the oils.
Place a few drops of oil in each nostril (transfer with cotton swab, your pinky or place initially a small amount in the palm of
your hand). This can be done in the morning or before bed.
Optional: Tilt head back slightly after applying the oil to the nose, take your thumb and forefinger and pinch the nostrils, then let go and let the air flow in, then pinch again. This will help the oil get further into the nose.
